Bob W will be at Loma del Mar in Hermosa near Jaco from March 23 thru April 6 so there may be some waveski sightings at rovercam.com Be glad to paddle out with any other waveskiers that might be in the Central Pacific CR then. We should see some waveski shots from Hermosa of the winner of last year's Cocoa Beach open waveski contest on the rovercam from March 12 thru 18. We need more waveskiers on the rovercam. The crew leaves Loma del Mar to surf Hermosa at 6 or 6:30 am daily and will graciously accept seated surfers. If it is too big I humbly resort to Jaco. I have two waveskis in Hermosa, GForce and a Radical Quad. The breaks and the eats are great. This country and its people are beautiful. We are glad to answer any questions about CR travel etc.

Post NO EXCUSES. Waveskis are already there. Reply with quote

The plus side is that you have a paddle and two waveskis to use since I will not be there. Have a great time. I love to show folks around the first time especially. Freddy will hook you up for the waveskis and I have an 8'2' funboard there too. Ding repairs are cheap in case you need them.
Eat a seared tuna steak at the Jungle Surf Cafe for me and say hi to Chuck the owner. The tico restaurants are cheap and good. Freddy will tell all. You must go to hotel villa caletas for sunset and take a ride back to the waterfall 5 minutes from Loma del Mar. If you want to go on a horsie then Andrea is the one. www.horseridecostarica.com The zipline canopy tour is 10 minutes from Loma del Mar and awesome. Do it. Freddy can answer all questions and direct you.
Have a great time and we will be looking for you on the rovercam.com
Bob

The trip was one of the best I have been on. The food in Costa Rica is great and cheap so you cant complain at all. The surf the entire time I was there was great and never got smaller then waist to chest high. The Loma Del Mar crew was great every morning taking you surfing to the best spots in the area. Another thing that was great about the place is the other friends of there friends that you meet that show you other spots. The villa is perfect for a surf trip because its clean and has everything you need. Overall it was a great trip and glad to recommend it to anyone.
